When I think about my career, I know have accomplished a lot of amazing things. I have had incredible opportunities, ranging from performing as percussionist with several orchestras, writing compositions that have been performed at PASIC and around the world, teaching at a university with a great studio, and performing in Japan, Australia, South America, Europe, and all 48 continental US states. But when I think about the future of my career and my life, I still feel like I am miles away from achieving my goals.

“Miles Away” is a very reflective piece. There are moments of deep thought and struggle. But, there are also moments of triumph – almost heroism, representing accomplishments in life.
